Don’t forget the strength training!

As a change from cardio – or if you don’t even like cardio – strength training is a must. Try addition some form of strength training 2 to 3 times a week. Or join one of the challenges you see regularly on Facebook – a month of push-ups, or a month of squats! Squats offer benefits throughout your entire body, including deep within your core.
