Generally a nail fungal infection will start off as a white or yellow spot on the tip of the nail. As it begins to develop, the nail may become thickened, brittle/crumbly/ragged, change shape, become darker in color, or get dull. Try Cinnamon Leaf Oil as is a very powerful anti-fungal and dries out the nail nicely. In my case it helped to flake off the nail that was full of fungus until a new nail started to grow. Don’t know how I lived with it for so long. Apple Cider vinegar was too mild for me. Apparently to prevent it from coming back you really have to drink Cinnamon Tea (not Cassia Cinnamon which can damage your liver). I discovered I was eating all the wrong foods and my whole body was infested with a Candida overgrowth. Drinking the Cinnamon tea really cleaned up my system. I don’t eat too much sweets or dairy anymore, which seems to be the key. Oh yeah one more thing you really have to keep your toes dry and clean. I threw all my shoes and socks away, but well worth it for the results. If you want fast results, you really have to go with Cinnamon Leaf Oil. Since then I have been using the Cinnamon oil all around the house to disinfect and get rid of bad smells and mold in the bathroom. This oil is fantastic.
