Buy yourself a big bag of epsom salts at the drugstore some tea tree oil. Fill a foot basin with enough water to cover your feet up to your ankles. Add about half a cup of the epsomm salts and a cap full of tea tree oil to the water. Soak your feet for 15 to 30 minutes. Then use a pumice stone after soaking to scrub the soles of your feet. Do this everyday and the foot soak will soften your feet and the pumice stone will remove all the dead skin. I had bad cracked dry rough feet and now they are supple and smooth. This works and heals athletes foot and helps to speed uo nail fungus cure while also using topical treatments on nails like tea tree oil, coconut oil, over the counter nail fungus ointments, grape seed oil, oregano oil, vicks, and vinegar to name a few. Pick whatever you would like to use in conjunction with the footbath and your feet and nail fungus will heal. The trick is doing it religiously everyday. It is a battle and you have to fight the fungus and see it as the enemy. It is dramatic but so is nail fungus.

Have the toe nail fungus with in grown nails I must dig out. Nothing worked for fungus or infections from in grown toes . I then started wetting the tops of my socks with tea tree oil and most has cleared up in my work boots where it used to get worse. The dead nail is not sore any more too. Just pink and healthy. Infections do not stand a chance that’s a big bonus.
Infected nails are usually thicker than normal and could be warped or oddly shaped. They can break easily. Nails with fungus might look yellow. Sometimes a white dot shows up on the nail and then gets bigger. When fungus builds up under your nail, it can loosen and even separate the nail from the bed. The fungus can also spread to the skin around your nail.
Toenail fungus is a very common occurrence. Its symptoms include yellowing, inflammation and crumbling of the nail. It generally is not painful, but can be if the fungus spreads. If it is left untreated, it can lead to cracking and splitting of the nail, and even complete loss of the toenail. It usually occurs under conditions such as abnormal pH levels of the skin, diabetes, ongoing exposure to moist environments and a weakened immune system. Thankfully, there is good news when it comes to treating toenail fungus as there are numerous treatments that can cure and eliminate the fungus which is inexpensive. Here are some foods and treatments that can be used to treat these infections.

First, mix 1 cup of your chosen vinegar with enough water to soak your feet in. Soak for 15 minutes, and then pat dry with paper towels. Follow this by adding several tablespoons of baking soda to enough water to soak your feet in, and soak for 15 minutes. Pat feet completely dry with paper towels. Do this twice a day. The idea is that the vinegar will kill off the fungus, while the baking soda will then inhibit the growth of more.

Both me and my husband had fungus on a couple of our toe nails. After trying a few different methods, I finally discovered something that actually works and is the cheapest option. Instead of soaking our feet in vinegar and water, I would soak up a piece of cotton ball that was big enough to cover the nail with vinegar only. I did not dilute the vinegar. Then I would place the vinegar soaked cotton ball on the nails every night before bed for 15 min. To make this process easier I filled up a small empty hand sanitizer with the vinegar because it was easier to soak up the cotton ball and applying extra drops while the cotton ball was already on the nails. After about 2-3 weeks I noticed my nails clearing up. It has been a few months now and one of my nails is completely back to normal. I would also occasionally apply Vicks vapor rub as well, usually before work in the morning and put on my socks right after. Be prepared to feel that sensation that vicks gives because my husband didn’t like that very much so I applied some after the vinegar. When putting the vinegar soaked cotton balls on our nails both me and my husband felt our nails get a tingling sensation. It never hurt or irritated the skin. The first thing to notice that it is working is when the cutical is starting to disattach from the funus infected nail. I’ve tried different remedies and this has been effective, cheap, and easy. It is definitely worth a try and don’t get discouraged, it won’t clear it up right away. It takes time and once you notice the change its a big relief. Good luck to everyone who has this problem, hope this helps like it helped us.
